The phrase we hear the most? “This is the best bagel I’ve ever had.” And we’re not mad about it. These sourdough bagels are chewy, golden, and just the right kind of bougie.
But don’t stop there—once someone bites into our croissant loaf, the next thing out of their mouth is, “Okay… this is the best bread I’ve ever had.” Imagine if a buttery French croissant and a tangy sourdough got together and made something flaky, golden, and borderline dangerous. These are our signatures, our standouts—the ones people come back for (and hide from their families). Taste them and you’ll get it.

HOW IT WORKS
Our Micro-Bakery/Farmstand is open Thursday + Sunday, 9AM until the bread runs out (or 6PM — whichever comes first).
